Custom Orders - Returns and Exchanges
Purchasing a Custom Listing indicates proof approval by the customer unless otherwise noted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas, such as spelling, grammar, layout, etc. If a proof containing errors is purchased by the customer, the customer is responsible for purchasing a new Listing. If you need to request a change to your Custom Listing, this needs to be completed within 2 hours of purchase.
If you have purchased a sign and I need to send you a proof before beginning work, if I have not heard from you in 1 month, I will cancel and refund the order.
The designs for our signs are all made by SJP Metal Works and we have the right to use that design as a product example on our Etsy shop and website, or for future sales.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
